Making Omelete














INGREDIENTS:

1) 2 tsp butter
2) 1/3 cup zucchini
3) 1/3 cup mushroom
4) salt
5) 1/2 cup cheese (type of cheese to preference)
6) 2 extra large eggs
7) 2 tbsp skim milk

DIRECTION:


1) Melt 1 tsp of butter in pan. Put julienne zucchini & mushroom into pan
2) Saute zucchini & mushroom with a pinch of salt until brown, turn off heat, set aside
3) Break eggs into bowl
4) Add 2 tbsp of skim milk to eggs
5) Whisk until smooth
6) Melt 1 tsp of butter in pan
7) Pour egg mixture into pan
8) Gently spread out egg mixture in pan by moving pan in circular motion
9) Let heat for 1/2 second or until egg mixture is slightly dense, add in cheese
10) Add in saute vegetable
11) Fold the omelet in half
12) Steam bread or toast
13) Garnish omelet with Japanese mayo. Ready to serve
